Port Aransas is located on the northern tip of Mustang Island about 30 minutes across the bay from Corpus Christi.
Take IH-37 to Corpus Christi, then over the harbor bridge to U.S. Highway 181 thru Portland, on to State
Highway 361 to the free ferry ride. Or, IH-37 to Corpus Christi, exit onto South Padre Island Drive, and cross
over the JFK Causeway to the island. From there, turn left onto State Highway 361 to Mustang Island and follow
it to Port Aransas. You can also fly into Corpus Christi International Airport, or land your private plane on Mustang
Beach Airport's 3500 ft. runway. |
